Ports

When it comes to dry bulk handling equipment for ship ports and terminals, speed, quality, and reliability are essential. Every minute during cargo handling and terminal operations is expensive for the waiting freighter, and therefore breakdowns and delays cannot be accepted. For dry bulk terminals, durable dry goods storage and cargo handling equipment are vital.

The harsh marine weather conditions place mandatory requirements on storage quality and surface treatment to protect the cargo handling equipment for bulk dry goods from wind and saltwater. At Lachenmeier Monsun, our terminal line is specially designed to meet the demanding needs of dry bulk terminals and ship ports. Our products are built to perform, last, and transport as much as 1500 tons per hour; every hour, 365 days a year, to ensure optimized productivity within dry bulk ports and terminals.

Solutions

Much like our ship ports solutions, we develop products and tailormade solutions within conveying dust aspiration, and storage for biomass, feed mills, energy and recycling industries, as well as the food industry. Different products have different needs, and we produce both open and closed belt conveyors for ideal dry bulk terminal operations with reduced dust and increased safety, to maximize the use of your cargo handling equipment for bulk dry goods.

Transport and storage of biomass in dry bulk terminals come with a lot of dirty or even dangerous side effects if not handled correctly. At Lachenmeier Monsun, we employ vast experience and knowledge to design solutions that eliminate both fire and explosion hazards, and we produce our own product range within dust aspiration.
