MONSUN Flex Positioner for loading of vehicles positions the loading system exactly above a tank inlet opening. Depending on the design, the loading system can be situated either in a longitudinal or a lateral position to the container/tank axis. The possible traverse distance is generally total up to 1,000 mm.

The MONSUN Flex Positioner combined with a MONSUN Bellow Feeder provides a very efficient system for fast loading and low emission of dust.

The MONSUN Flex Positioner reduces the time spend for accurate parking of vehicles such as tank trucks and railway wagons. A row of MONSUN Flex Positioners can be installed to load of row of railway wagons for loading of bulk material, such as grain, pellets or meal. With the possibility of positioning the MONSUN Flex Positioner with the MONSUN Bellow Feeder accurately above the tank inlet openings the time spent for railway loading is considerable reduced.

The MONSUN Max Loader optimally fills up the empty areas that usually arise in the tank with the product. This increases the filling level considerably and the efficiency of the transport.
