MONSUN Lachenmeier designs total projects and supplies specialized technology for transport, loading and storage systems for biomass fuels such as, finely granulated lightweight materials, sawdust, fines, cut straw, bark and wood pellets.
In 2009 MONSUN Lachenmeier supplied an intake system for handling of 170 t/h wood pellets. The intake system was equipped with Lachenmeier dedusting system “Baff Wind System”. For easy and efficient cleaning of floors, equipment and vehicles a central vacuum cleaning system was installed.

Intake hopper:

76 m³ with high pressure drive over grid for trucks.
“Baff Wind System” for elimination of dust escapes.
Aspirated air is cleaned by MONSUN round filter type RDF 104/31

 

Conveyor:

2 nos. chain conveyors type C3-Bio integrated in intake hopper.
Total capacity – 170 t/h
