Designing machines and plants is a substantial part of Lachenmeier Maskinfabrik’s sphere of operation. In the design phase we prepare flow diagrams for plants, arrangement drawings showing the placement of machinery and pipe connections etc. in buildings, drawings of ground-plans as well as motor lists for the use of designing control board and wiring.

All drawings are computer-made and to a great extent communication with building contractors and authorities takes place by e-mail.

Machine parts lists and packing lists are worked out, components from sub-suppliers are purchased, and special parts and machines for the current plant are designed.

At the end of a project the customer is issued with a manual with operation and maintenance instructions for the plant.
